The staff were friendly. They always took time to say hello when passing. I found the lounge area nice. I enjoyed a drink there.
The bathroom walls were dirty. The duvet on the bed was very thin. I noticed no additional blankets were available.

the location was amazing. i found very helpful staff . the breakfast impressed me with do-it-yourself options, so there was no waiting.
i noticed the room tissues were not replaced after they ran out on the first day.
